The Key account manager is fully responsible for his portfolio of customers in modern trade.
He/She is leading his business with a daily objective of sales growth, market share growth and financial optimization.
He/She is a Manager capable to energize field team and the whole organization to reach his targets; is willing to see things happening.
His/her key business driver is optimization of 4P execution in his/her chains with a constant view of what is really happening in stores.
He/She must have:
- A good resistance to pressure (customer / internal)
- Analytical & organizational skills
- A broad vision of Sales and good understanding of Marketing.
- Good understanding of financial implications.
- Must be a Manager.
- Good communication in English
Would be valuable:
- English language.
- Experience in Trade Marketing or Marketing.
- Experience in field management.
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably
- 4+ years in FMCG companies, minimum of 3 years experience directly managing accounts
- Communication skills ( especially to energize field team)
- Analytical skills- he/she must be able to understand and take benefits from Nielsen data/4P tracking system
Responsibilities:
- create plan by customer based on 4P achievements and drilled down into numbers
- execute the plan, managed trade budget within the plan and optimize each spending to get additional revenues,
- support category management within his/her portfolio of customers, planning and execution of plans.
