Key Account Manager OTC

DETAIL PRACOVNÍ POZICE
The Key Account manager HC reports directly to the National Health Care Manager CR&SR . The person should be an energetic self starter who can work independently following company guidelines. The person must have excellent leadership, planning, communication and negotiation skills and be customer focused. The person must have an understanding of sales fundamentals, market economies and business management. The person must be a team player projecting professionalism and delivering quality results. The person must also conform to the highest degree of ethical behaviour.
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in a commercial discipline.
- English written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience working in the commercial department of a consumer products company. Multinational companies preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and co-operation - key accounts sales team
- Manage effective distribution and listing in key accounts.
- Help develop sales budgets, plans for all key account customers.
- ROI , PL management
- Monitor activities of all major competitors within the product category.
- Manage and co-operation with sales team.
- Monitor results vs sales targets and follow up where necessary.
- Manage effective distribution and listings in key accounts
- Manage large key accounts and Distributors
- Help develop sales budgets, plans.
- P and L management
- Manage gross to net discount budgets according to agreed guidelines.
- Manage trade marketing and merchandising budgets according to agreed guidelines.
- Control expenditures for the key accounts sales team.
- Help develop and maintain customer contracts, discount policies, payment terms.
- Monitor customer profitability and follow up with action where necessary,
- Manage receivables with customers
