General Summary:
Responsible for driving profitable growth by focusing on core strategies and cultivating business partnerships within specific regions or trade organizations. Also accountable for profit and loss and sales and implementation of CEE strategy and translation into local needs.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Responsible for both trade marketing channels in Consumer Division – in Czech and Slovakia
- Plans, develops and directs implementation of programs for regional trade customers.
- Responsible for trade purchasing and marketing activities to maximize account objectives.
- Oversees the development, implementation, and analysis of account specific promotion programs.
- Establishes performance metrics and tracks results.
- Reviews status reports to determine status and focus areas.
- Prepares reports for management to assist with decision making.
- Monitors market trends, customer needs and competitors' action in region.
- Acts as liaison between stakeholders ensuring clear communication of business strategies, key initiatives, learning and filling key information gaps.
- Participates in the planning and provides input into the forecast processes for channel and brand plans.
- Establishes manager level relationships with key accounts and associations
- Responsible for leadership of category solution team
Requirements
- 5-6 years stretching experience in similar position in the MASS sector
- Leadership and Team Management skills
- Good knowledge of Markets
- Communication/presentation skills
- Perfect standard of written and spoken English
- Problem solving Analytical and numerical skills, ability to draw conclusions based on analyses. MS Excel excellence.

- Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment
