Role Purpose:
Management of the Digital Marketing Team – including but not limited to Designers, Home Page Executive, Traffic management including: - PPC, Affiliate, SEO, eMail etc
To develop Digital Marketing Strategies for all the main online marketing opportunities. To have a revenue driving and customer focused influence on all published campaigns.
To help the Marketing Director create the Marketing Strategy and to help drive the delivery of that strategy.
Develop schedule of online campaigns to support all core business marketing activity, seasonal and online exclusive activity.
Assist in
the development of the Marketing strategy.
Fully understand and ensure
all digital communication reflects eComm Regulations, DDA compliance and is
fully tested for all major ISP spam requirements.
Manage the Digital Marketing team:
For line managers – management of the team including recruitment, selection, performance review and development of subordinates
Prepare for own PDR session
Take responsibility for own development by managing own development plan and acting on feedback from others
